University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Bioscience 2
The $39 Million Bioscience 2 is part of the Fitzsimons Innovation Campus. The project provides opportunities for life science research and development companies. The primary tenants in this building are the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and their private research partners including an FDA certified lab.
At initial occupancy this four-story building included only 50% of the tenant spaces built-out as additional tenants were being sought. Over the following nine months, the University of Colorado Health (UCH) began occupying the upper two floors with their clean room and diagnostic lab spaces. Group14’s use of Monitoring-Based Commissioning (MBCx) tools have been instrumental in troubleshooting issues as the new tenant systems have come on-line.
