Group14 provided LEED consulting, energy modeling, EDA, and fundamental & enhanced commissioning services for this new 281,000 SF mixed-use, multifamily development. The 12-story building includes 182 apartment units, 4,100 SF of retail space on the ground floor, two levels of climate-controlled below-grade parking, and one level of above-grade parking. The building also features a roof-top reflecting pool with a landscaped community terrace.
The LEED Gold project features several innovative, sustainable strategies, including photovoltaics, a gray water catch & reuse system, low VOC finishes, and bike wash/repair facilities.
The mixed-use project is demonstrating over 28% annual energy savings and over 40% water savings.
