Affordable housing Owner, Developer and Manager, Rocky Mountain Communities with the Delores Project and BlueLine Development. This project received $1.8 million in federal funding and over $1 million in tax credits. To provide residents with transportation, the development is located less than ½ a mile from the Knox Court Light Rail station in Denver, Colorado on the West Rail Line. There are 35 units of housing in this development. On-site will be health, mental, and social services available to help resident thrive. The Delores Project is a non-profit shelter offering services for women alone and transgender individuals.


Arroyo Village is focused on access to services. They will upgrade into a new 12,000 sf space within Arroyo allowing for additional programs and space for those in need year round. Arroyo Village, designed by ShopWorks Architecture, is slated to begin construction in mid-2017, with projected opening of Fall of 2018.

The project will be rated under the Enterprise Green Communities rating system and will achieve a minimum of 15% energy savings over an ASHRAE90.1-2007 baseline.
