Overview

1900 16th Street in Denver, Colorado is a 17-story, Class A office building located on Denver’s 16th street mall. The building achieved LEED Core & Shell Gold certification utilizing the highest levels of finish, technology, construction, and building practices. The building uses energy efficient and water saving technologies, has a high-quality indoor environment, access to transit options, and utilizes materials with regional and/or recycled content.

Results

In 2014, 1900 16th Street became the first multi-tenant office building in Colorado to achieve three LEED rating system certifications: LEED Platinum (EBOM), LEED Gold CS (Core & Shell), and LEED CI (Commercial Interiors) for 100% of tenanted space! The Retro-commissioning (RCx) effort identified more than $50,000/year in low/no cost efficiency improvements.
