100 Saint Paul is a 150,000 SF, eight-story office/retail building located in the Cherry Creek neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. The building was designed to meet the specific design requirements of several corporate tenants. Some features of the building include an electric vehicle charging station, secure bike storage, a 9,000 SF green rooftop patio, and a 30-foot-high natural stone lobby.

Group14’s services for the project included energy modeling, Xcel Energy Design Assistance (EDA) consulting and commissioning,

RESULTS:

Group14 was instrumental in making the office building achieve $78,786 in energy cost savings and obtain an incentive of $100,389 through the Xcel Energy’s Energy Design Assistance (EDA) program.

During the commissioning process, Group14 identified and addressed several issues such as the miscommunication of the Building Automation System (BAS) with the RTUs, garage exhaust fan failures, and the airflow setpoints not matching the specifications.
